How This Works

Pick a class

Each class starts with different base stats and a signature item. The Warrior is tanky, the Mage hits hard but dies fast, the Rogue crits often, and the Cleric heals as you go. Your starting point shapes every choice after it.

Choose items floor by floor

At each of the 8 floors, you get three item options. Every item changes your stats and adds tags like "Blood", "Fire", "Swift", or "Tank". Tags are what trigger synergies. You can see stat changes before you commit.

Watch for synergies

When you pick up items with matching tags, you get bonus effects. Two "Blood" items give lifesteal. Three "Fire" items add a burn aura. Two "Swift" items boost dodge. The synergy bar updates live so you can plan ahead.

Review and compare

After floor 8, you get a full build card with final stats, active synergies, and a path summary. Save it to history, share a link, or start a new run to test a different branch.

Common Mistakes and Tips

Stacking only damage

It is tempting to pick every ATK and CRIT item you see. But without any DEF or lifesteal, floor 6 enemies will end your run. At least one defensive pickup makes a big difference.

Ignoring tag combos

A single "Fire" item is fine. Three "Fire" items are a build. Plan your path around two or three matching tags instead of grabbing the biggest number each floor.

Speed is underrated

High SPD means you act first and dodge more. Against fast enemies, going first is the difference between a clean fight and a dead character.

Rare edge-case combos

Some synergies only appear with specific tag pairs. "Blood" plus "Swift" triggers a unique bleed-dodge bonus that most players miss. Experiment with unusual combinations.

Questions

Can I compare two builds side by side?

Save two builds to history, then open the history panel. Click any saved build to expand its full stat breakdown. Open two in a row to compare.

How do synergies trigger?

Most synergies need two or three items with the same tag. The synergy bar shows what is active and what is one pickup away from triggering.

Is this based on a specific game?

No. The item pool and tags are generic roguelike patterns. They are designed to feel familiar whether you play Hades, Slay the Spire, Dead Cells, or anything similar.

Can I use this on my phone?

Yes. The layout adapts to small screens. Class cards stack vertically and item choices use large tap targets.
